Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent (about 3 minutes).
3.
Stir in the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
4.
Add the broccoli and bell peppers, stirring well. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
5.
Season with garlic powder, ginger powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6.
Serve hot and enjoy your healthy turkey stir fry!
