Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3.
Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
4.
Stir in sliced onions and cook for another 2 minutes until they start to soften.
5.
Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
6.
Pour in soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
7.
Serve hot and enjoy your healthy turkey stir-fry!
