Instructions
1.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the taco seasoning and a splash of water, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well mixed.
3.
Stir in the black beans and corn, cooking until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
4.
Lay out the wraps and layer with fresh spinach, the turkey mixture, diced tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese.
5.
If using, add avocado slices on top.
6.
Wrap tightly and serve with lime wedges on the side.

1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)

4 whole grain or spinach wraps
6.
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (part-skim)
7.
1 cup fresh spinach or mixed greens
8.
1 medium tomato, diced
9.
1 avocado, sliced (optional)
10.
Lime wedges for serving
