Instructions
1.
1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.

4. In the same skillet, add the green peas and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through. If using, add spinach and cook until wilted.

5. Combine the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, and peas in the skillet. Toss everything together and adjust seasoning if needed.

6. Serve warm and enjoy your healthy whole wheat pasta!
