Instructions
1.
In a bowl, mix the non-fat cream cheese, mashed avocado, chopped chives, and mustard until well combined (about 5 minutes).
2.
Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
3.
Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
4.
Layer 2 slices of turkey on each tortilla, followed by a handful of fresh spinach.
5.
Roll each tortilla tightly, starting from one end, and slice into pinwheels or halves.
6.
Serve with sliced peaches on the side for a refreshing touch.
