Instructions

    1. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.

    2. Add the crumbled tofu, turmeric, curry powder, and lemon juice. Mix well until combined.

    3. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.

    4. Spread the avocado and tofu mixture generously on each slice of toast.
