Instructions
1.
Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes, then cool in ice water.

Prepare the avocado: In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix in everything seasoning.
3.
Toast the bread: Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
4.
Assemble the toast: Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toast.
5.
Slice the eggs: Peel and slice the boiled eggs, then arrange them on top of the avocado toast.
6.
Add cheese and seeds: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and flax seeds over the top.
7.
Serve with fruit: Plate the toast alongside bananas for a complete meal.
