Instructions
1.
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with avocado spray.

2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking (about 3-4 minutes).

3. While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of whole grain bread.

4. In another skillet, cook the turkey sausage links according to package instructions until browned and heated through.

5. Slice the strawberries and cherries while the other ingredients are cooking.

6. Assemble the dish by placing the toast on plates, topping each slice with a cooked egg, and serving the turkey sausage and fruit on the side.
