Great breakfast! You just need one more to complete your weekly target The whole wheat bagel with almond butter is a healthier substitute to regular bagels and the almond butter adds a bit of healthy fat! Great portion size as well amazing.

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. Toast the whole wheat bagels until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

  • 2.

    2. In a non-stick skillet, sauté the spinach over medium heat until wilted (about 2 minutes).

  • 3.

    3. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the whites are set but yolks are still runny (about 3-4 minutes).

    4. Spread the mashed avocado on each toasted bagel half.

  • 5.

    5. Top with the sautéed spinach, cooked eggs, and salsa.

  • 6.

    6. Sprinkle with cheese if desired, and serve immediately.
