Instructions

1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

2. While the bread is toasting, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

3. Add the spinach to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, then pour them into the skillet with the spinach.
