Instructions

1. Toast the Ezekiel bread slices until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

2. While the bread is toasting, mash the avocado in a bowl and mix in salt and red pepper flakes.

3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each slice of toasted bread.

4. For the protein smoothie, blend the bananas, protein powder, almond milk, and mixed greens until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).

5. Serve the avocado toast alongside the protein smoothie for a complete meal.
