“Whole grain toast peanut butter with hemp seeds apple”

Instructions
1.
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).
2.
Spread 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter on each slice of toast.
3.
Top each slice with 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds.
4.
In a bowl, mash the avocado and season with salt and pepper.
5.
Spread the mashed avocado on top of the peanut butter and hemp seeds.
6.
Serve with sliced apples on the side, optionally sprinkled with cinnamon.

4 tablespoons natural peanut butter (no added sugar)

4 tablespoons hemp seeds

2 medium apples, sliced
5.
1 ripe avocado, mashed
6.
Salt and pepper to taste
