Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

2. Add chopped kale and cook until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).

3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble with the kale and onion until fully cooked (about 3-4 minutes).

4. Toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden brown.

5. Top each slice of toast with the kale and egg mixture, sprinkle with diced ham and sesame seeds.
