Instructions
1.
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).
2.
While the bread is toasting, scoop the avocados into a bowl and mash them with a fork.

Mix in the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4.
Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the toasted bread.
5.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top for a spicy kick.
6.
If using, add fresh spinach on top for extra fiber and nutrients.
