Instructions

1. Start by cooking the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, add the asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.

3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them over easy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

4. While the eggs are cooking, toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.

5. Mash the avocados in a bowl and season with black pepper.

6. Assemble the toast: Spread the mashed avocado on each slice of toast, top with the sautéed asparagus, a fried egg, and turkey bacon.

7. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and drizzle with hot sauce if desired. Serve with a glass of light orange juice.
