Instructions
1.
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

While the bread is toasting, mash the ripe avocados in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

In a skillet, cook the vegan bacon according to package instructions until crispy (about 2-3 minutes).

Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toasted bread.
5.
Layer the vegan cheese slices on top of the avocado.
6.
Add the crispy vegan bacon, followed by the shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
7.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired, and serve immediately.
