Instructions
1.
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

While the bread is toasting, cook the eggs to your preference (boiled, poached, or scrambled) in a non-stick pan (about 5-7 minutes).

Spread 1 tablespoon of almond butter on each slice of toasted bread.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of flax seeds on top of the almond butter.

If using, slice the avocado and place it on top of the almond butter and flax seeds.
6.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
