Instructions

1. Start by steaming the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes until tender. Set aside.

2. In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the eggs and egg whites, scrambling them until fully cooked (about 3-4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.

3. While the eggs are cooking, toast the good seed bread slices until golden brown.

4. Mash the avocados in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice.

5. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toast.
