Instructions

1. Start by toasting the whole grain or sourdough bread until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

2. In a skillet, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausages and cook until browned (about 5 minutes).

3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until tender.

4. Push the sausage and broccoli to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked (about 2-3 minutes).

5. Mash the avocados in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

6. Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread, then top with the scrambled eggs, sausage, and broccoli mixture.
