Instructions
1.
1. Start by boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 9-12 minutes, then cool in ice water.

2. While the eggs are cooking, toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.

3. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork and add a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

4. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

5. Once the eggs are cool, peel and slice them.
6.
6. Assemble the toast: spread a generous layer of mashed avocado on each slice of toast, top with sliced eggs, and add bacon on the side.

7. Serve with a side of mixed berries for a refreshing touch.
