Instructions
1.
1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

2. While the bread is toasting, prepare the hard-boiled eggs by boiling them for 9-12 minutes, then cool and peel.

3. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados with a fork. Add salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice to taste.

4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toasted bread.

5. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and place them on top of the avocado spread.

6. Sprinkle sliced almonds over the eggs and add red pepper flakes if desired.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
