“Avocado toast for breakfast with an egg on one and bacon on the other! I love bacon but I know its pretty high in calories so I bought this at the store instead. Its just very thin precooked bacon and the calories arent too high. Berries on the side for fibre of course :) super delicious!”

Instructions
1.
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
2.
While the bread is toasting, cook the thin precooked bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (about 3-4 minutes).

In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up or over-easy, about 3-4 minutes).
4.
Mash the ripe avocados in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
5.
Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toasted bread.
6.
Top two slices with the cooked eggs and the other two with crispy bacon.
7.
Serve with a side of sliced strawberries and blueberries for added fiber and antioxidants.
