Instructions
1.
1. Toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

2. While the bread is toasting, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (about 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up).

4. While the eggs are cooking, slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash lightly with a fork and season with salt and pepper.

5. Once the toast is ready, spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice.
6.
6. Top each slice with a cooked egg and sprinkle with additional salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes or herbs.
