Two slices of Daves killer sprouted whole grain bread 1/2 an avocado 1 boiled egg and a dash of everything bagel seasoning for breakfast today.

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. Start by boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 9-12 minutes. Remove and cool in cold water.

    2. While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

  • 3.

    3. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until creamy, adding a pinch of salt if desired.

    4. Once the eggs are cool, peel and slice them.

  • 5.

    5. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toasted bread.

  • 6.

    6. Top with sliced boiled eggs, sprinkle with sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, and everything bagel seasoning.

    7. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
