Daves killer bread thin slice 21 whole grain and seed 1/2 TB peanut butter 1 egg and 1 egg white small handful of spinach and green pepper 2 Tablespoons cottage cheese and 1 Roma tomato. I really liked adding more veggies to my eggs!

Great breakfast ! The combination of Daves killer bread peanut butter eggs spinach green pepper cottage cheese and Roma tomato provides a good balance of lean proteins fiber-rich foods and additional vegetables

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. Toast the slices of Dave's Killer Bread until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

  • 2.

    2. While the bread is toasting, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with olive oil if desired.

  • 3.

    3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and egg whites, then season with salt and pepper.

  • 4.

    4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and add the chopped spinach and diced green bell pepper.

  • 5.

    5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked.

  • 6.

    6. Meanwhile, mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

  • 7.

    7. Once the toast is ready, spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice.

    8. Top each slice with the cooked egg mixture, followed by a dollop of cottage cheese and diced Roma tomato.
