Instructions

1. Toast the whole grain bagels until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

2. In a non-stick skillet, cook the turkey sausage links over medium heat until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites and pour them into the skillet, cooking until set (about 3-4 minutes).

4. Place half a slice of cheese on each bagel half and let it melt slightly.

5. Assemble the bagels by adding the cooked turkey sausage and egg whites on top.

6. Serve with a side of mixed berries and banana slices for a refreshing touch.
