Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3.
In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
4.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
5.
Fold in the frozen cherries and chopped pecans.
6.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
7.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
8.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled!
