Instructions

In a microwave-safe mug, mash the ripe banana until smooth (about 1 minute).

Add the egg and mix well until fully combined.

Stir in the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon until a batter forms.

If desired, add almond milk for a smoother consistency.
5.
Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, checking at 1 minute to avoid overflow.
6.
Let it cool for a minute before enjoying your healthy banana bread in a mug!
