“Hi Rama great work! Youre halfway through your weekly goal of incorporating a protein-rich breakfast. Your choice of eggs and protein pancakes is a fantastic way to start the day. Keep finding enjoyable ways to include protein in your breakfast.”
Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine rolled oats, protein powder, eggs, almond milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
2.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or coconut oil.
3.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
4.
Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary to prevent burning.
5.
Serve warm with your choice of toppings, such as fresh fruit, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.
