Instructions

Gather all your ingredients and a blender.

Add the almond milk to the blender first to help with blending.

Next, add the spinach, cauliflower, and avocado.
4.
Then, add the banana, blueberries, protein powder, chia seeds, and Greek yogurt.
5.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed (consider adding a splash of maple syrup or honey if desired).
