Instructions

In a blender, combine the bananas, blueberries, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.

If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.

Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding a little honey or stevia if desired (keeping in mind the sugar content).

Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
