Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
3.
In another bowl, whisk together the applesauce, almond milk, honey (if using), and egg whites until well combined.
4.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
5.
Spoon the batter into a greased or lined muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
6.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
