Instructions
1.
In a microwave-safe mug, combine the almond flour and baking powder.
2.
Add the egg white, applesauce, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix until smooth.
3.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
4.
Microwave on high for 1 minute or until the muffin is set and cooked through.
5.
Let it cool for a minute before enjoying your healthy blueberry mug muffin!
