Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the blueberries, spinach, banana, almond milk, protein powder, and chia seeds.
2.
Blend on high until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
3.
If you prefer a thicker shake, add ice cubes and blend again.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a little honey or stevia.
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
