Instructions
1.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. (2 minutes)

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or olive oil. (1 minute)
3.
Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes. (4 minutes)
4.
Add the chopped spinach to the eggs and stir until wilted. (1 minute)
5.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for a few seconds. (1 minute)
6.
Assemble the burritos by placing the scrambled egg mixture in the center of each tortilla. (2 minutes)
7.
Top with sliced strawberries and roll up the tortillas tightly. (1 minute)
8.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy breakfast burrito! (1 minute)
