Instructions

3. In a separate pan, cook the duck eggs to your liking (scrambled, fried, or poached).

4. Assemble the sandwich by placing the cooked sausage on a slice of toast, followed by the duck egg and a slice of cheese.

5. Top with another slice of toast and serve warm.

6. For the mocha latte, blend the almond milk, cocoa powder, protein powder, and sweetener in a blender until smooth. Heat if desired.
