Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, eggs, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well until combined.
3.
Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
4.
Remove the crust from the oven and top with chopped spinach, remaining Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes.
5.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
6.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve topped with mixed greens.
