Good morning Nikki. That looks great amazing breakfast choice!

Instructions

  • 1.

In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, protein powder, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

  • 2.

Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

  • 3.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.

  • 4.

Once set, give the pudding a good stir and serve in bowls or jars.

  • 5.

Top with fresh fruits and nuts or seeds for added flavor and nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 1.

    1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 2.

2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 3.

1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

  • 4.

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • 5.

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 6.

Fresh fruits (e.g., berries, banana) for topping

  • 7.

Nuts or seeds for garnish (optional)
