Your chia pudding breakfast looks delicious! Actually the combination of chia seeds and hemp hearts provides a good source of lean protein which will help keep you full until your next meal. Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds and almond milk. Stir well to prevent clumping. (2 minutes)

Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to ensure even distribution of chia seeds.
3.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
4.
Once thickened, stir in the Greek yogurt and sweetener (if using) until well combined. (3 minutes)
5.
Serve in bowls or jars, topped with hemp hearts and fresh strawberries.
