Hey Ashley good job! Youve successfully started your week with a lean protein-rich breakfast. This is a great first step towards your weekly target of four. Keep this momentum going! Your chia pudding breakfast looks delicious! Actually the combination of chia seeds and hemp hearts provides a good source of lean protein which will help keep you full until your next meal. And the addition of strawberries is a nice touch adding a bit of natural sweetness. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds and almond milk. Stir well to prevent clumping. (2 minutes)

  • 2.

    Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to ensure even distribution of chia seeds.

  • 3.

    Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.

  • 4.

    Once thickened, stir in the Greek yogurt and sweetener (if using) until well combined. (3 minutes)

  • 5.

    Serve in bowls or jars, topped with hemp hearts and fresh strawberries.
