Nice job Vineeta! Solid start on your protein-rich breakfast target. Your chocolate protein shake with PB powder yogurt and banana sounds like a delicious and nutritious way to kick off the day. Keep up the good work!

Instructions

  • 1.

In a blender, combine the almond milk, chocolate protein powder, banana, powdered peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds (if using).

  • 2.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.

  • 3.

If you prefer a thicker shake, add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.

Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary (you can add a little honey or stevia if desired).

  • 5.

Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
