Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the low-fat or dairy-free milk, chocolate protein powder, banana, cocoa powder, and chia seeds.
2.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
3.
If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a thicker consistency.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a little honey or a sugar substitute.
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
