I made a breakfast scramble (2 eggs 2oz shaved ham 1cup baby spinach) with 2oz of avocado mash and tbsp no sugar added salsa on top of a grilled carbcounter whole wheat tortilla. I also skipped Starbucks this morning and opted to brew my own coffee and added a bit of brown sugar Splenda sugar free caramel syrup and one cup of unsweetened oat milk.

Great breakfast!! Its fantastic to see you making such positive choices I love that you brewed your own coffee instead of going to Starbucks. This not only helps you control what goes into your drink but also saves you some money

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a small bowl, combine the unsweetened oat milk and sugar-free caramel syrup.

  • 2.

    If desired, add vanilla extract and cinnamon for extra flavor.

  • 3.

    Whisk together until well combined.

  • 4.

    Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
