“I made a breakfast scramble (2 eggs 2oz shaved ham 1cup baby spinach) with 2oz of avocado mash and tbsp no sugar added salsa on top of a grilled carbcounter whole wheat tortilla. I also skipped Starbucks this morning and opted to brew my own coffee and added a bit of brown sugar Splenda sugar free caramel syrup and one cup of unsweetened oat milk.”

Instructions
1.
In a small bowl, combine the unsweetened oat milk and sugar-free caramel syrup.

If desired, add vanilla extract and cinnamon for extra flavor.
3.
Whisk together until well combined.
4.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
