Instructions

1. Start by peeling and chopping the hardboiled eggs into small pieces.

2. In a mixing bowl, add the diced avocado and gently mash it with a fork until creamy but still chunky.

3. Add the chopped eggs to the bowl with the avocado.

4. Sprinkle in the black sesame seeds, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice.

5. If using, add a handful of fresh spinach leaves for extra fiber.

6. Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a refreshing breakfast.
