Instructions
1.
1. Brew the Boulder breakfast tea bags in 2 cups of hot water for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and stir in the almond milk. Set aside.

2. In a non-stick skillet, scramble the eggs over medium heat until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.

3. On a plate, layer the scrambled eggs, then top with pico de gallo, sliced avocado, radishes, and green onions.

4. Serve the dish with the prepared almond milk tea on the side.
