Yogurt and blueberries. Fast and tastes delicious but I think I would buy Greek yogurt in the future to get more protein into this meal

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until smooth.

  • 2.

    Add the chia seeds and mix well to incorporate them into the yogurt.

  • 3.

    Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them.

  • 4.

    If desired, drizzle honey over the mixture and stir lightly.

  • 5.

    Serve immediately in bowls or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
