Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas and Greek yogurt until well combined.

    Add the eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.

    Gradually add the gluten-free Kodiak mix, stirring until just combined. If using, fold in the chopped nuts.

    Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
