Instructions

In a medium bowl, scoop 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt into each serving glass or bowl.

Layer 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries on top of the yogurt.
3.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of low-sugar granola over the blueberries.

Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with a layer of blueberries and granola on top.
5.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle chia seeds if desired.
6.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy Greek yogurt parfait!
