Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, layer 1 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
2.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granola over the yogurt.
3.
Add 2 tablespoons of flax seeds on top of the granola.
4.
Layer 1/4 cup of mixed berries over the flax seeds.
5.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with berries on top.
6.
Drizzle with honey if desired, and serve immediately.

1 cup granola (low in added sugar)

1/4 cup flax seeds

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
5.
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
