Instructions

    In a bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

    Add a layer of mixed grapes (1/4 cup) on top of the yogurt.

  • 3.

    Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of grapes.

  • 4.

    Serve with a slice of whole grain toast and a hard-boiled egg on the side.

  • 5.

    Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
