Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom of four serving glasses or bowls.
2.
Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt.
3.
Sprinkle half of the low-sugar granola over the strawberries.
4.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, strawberries, and granola.
5.
If using, drizzle honey on top and sprinkle chia seeds for added nutrition.
6.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy Greek yogurt parfait!
